Frohardt School has the honor of being included in a tour of American Schools by a team of Brazilian School Administrators who will be visiting the United States in November. They are participants in the US—Brazilian School Principals Exchange Program sponsored by the Fulbright Scholarship, one of the Federal Government’s Educational Exchange Programs. They will be here at Frohardt on November 19th to see our students and how our school works. We are very proud to host them and show off our wonderful students and school.
Thanks to all the parents and grandparents who use their Target Credit Card to reward our school. We just received another check from Target for last year in the amount of $102.78. This money is from the “Take Charge of Education” program offered at Target. See stores for details.
Thanks for everyone’s support of the Tricks and Treats for the APA. We were able to collect a large variety of food items as well as toys and supplies for the animals. The APA is appreciative of your generosity.
We will be having a “canned food” drive this month for Thanksgiving. Please watch for a flyer with more information.
As the weather gets colder, please be sure your child is dressing for the weather. We will be going out for recess as weather permits and all students should have appropriate coats, gloves and hats. Parents, please remind your children to have all their things ready when you pull into the circle drive in the morning so they are not delaying other drivers behind you. Also, remember that the circle drive is for drop-offs only. Please park on the side of the building if you must leave your car to enter the building to go to the office or walk a student to the door. Your cooperation helps keep traffic flowing in the morning. Thanks, parents, for all your support for our efforts here at Frohardt. It’s a wonderful school because so many people care!
