Mrs. Greenwald earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Illinois State University and attended Southern Illinois University for her teaching certification. She earned her Masters in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri-Columbia in May, 2006. For eight years she worked in Corporate America at Banquet Foods, Pet Incorporated and Peabody Coal Company. That was her first career. Her second career was being a stay-at-home mom and a room mother for her three children, Dustin, Melissa and Dillon. Her third career is a business technology teacher at Granite City High School (GCHS).
Mrs. Greenwald graduated from GCHS in 1972. Mouse over her picture to see her '72 yearbook picture. She has been teaching at GCHS for thirteen years and has enjoyed almost every minute. She is the Head Coach for the Warrior Girls Golf Team, Yearbook Advisor and sponsor of the Hockey Club and the Photography Club at GCHS. She thinks raising children is the hardest job in the world and teaching high school is the second hardest job in the world. Mrs. Greenwald enjoys golf, biking, digital photography and the St. Louis Cardinals. GO Cardinals!!
