Dear GCSD9 Families,
This is a reminder that all Granite City Community Unit School District #9 buildings will dismiss one hour early on Wednesday, August 27, as part of our regular Wednesday schedule. (Lake Educational Support Services Center is the exception and follows its normal hours.)
Wednesday, Aug. 27 / Early-Out Schedule
Coolidge Junior High School (7–8)
7:30 AM – 1:15 PM
Granite City High School (9–12)
7:40 AM – 1:25 PM
Elementary Schools (Frohardt, Grigsby, Maryville, Mitchell, Prather, Wilson)
8:20 AM – 2:05 PM
Grigsby/Prather Pre-K
- AM: 8:45 AM – 11:15 AM (no change)
- PM: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
Lake Educational Support Services Center
8:00 AM – 1:30 PM (no early dismissal)
Parents can follow your student’s bus by installing First View 1.0 in the App Store or Google Play. Parents will need the district code (V2Z3A), Student ID and Last Name.
As a reminder, all GCSD9 schools and the Board Office will be closed on Monday, September 1 in observance of Labor Day.
